Riyadh – Mubasher: Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Company's board of directors issued a resolution on 13 August 2026 to terminate the employment contract of CEO Hussein Masoud Al Dosari.

The company stated the dismissal followed the confirmation of administrative and financial violations, alongside a breach of the authority matrix approved by the board. The board concurrently appointed Shaker Ahmed Saleh Al Saleh as the new CEO, effective 13 August 2026.

Al Saleh brings over 30 years of experience in public administration, economics, and governance. He previously served as the Director General of Integrity Promotion at the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority and was a member of the Board of Trustees at the International Anti-Corruption Academy.

His professional background includes advisory roles for the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage and leadership of a national committee focused on business integrity in collaboration with the OECD. He holds a PhD in Public Policy and International Relations, specializing in income diversification and economic reform.
